My name is Koloway. I am currently the founder and leader of the new Undead Phantom Army. I am sure you have many questions about what exactly the Undead Phantom Army, here-on referred to as the U.P.A., really is. The UPA is created as of November 28th, 2018 as a new installment in the series of Club Penguin Armies. This army is being created in an attempt to become a viable contender in the new CPAC Army League. Over the next few days of initial setup, you will see many great things happen such as the arrival of ranks, events, a discord server, and many more features that will prove themselves important to the success of UPA. That aside, you may not recognize my username. I have been in armies for years, dating back to 2009 in the Army of Club Penguin! I have performed as a faithful troop in many armies over the years, and hope to provide a greater or equal experience compared to that of my own. Armies are a really fun activity that I would love to help future generations experience! In a way, the UPA command (here-on referred to as "Phantom-Com") is bringing the true army activity back from the dead, sorta like Phantoms!
Ladies and Gentlemen, no, you are not seeing ghosts. The UPA is here, and it ain't dying anytime soon.
